What We Did
We had to make a slide of the country you picked and you had to have picked a country no-one else had. I chose Saudi Arabia as you can see. Also I made animation about showing that they are homophobic. Sometimes they would even perish your soul if you were gay. It took me 2 days to finish. Also you can go look up the celebrations I put in my slide if you wanted to. I only wrote what 2 celebrations were so I would have time to make a animation.
What I enjoyed was creating the animation and getting the facts to put in my slide.
What I found challenging was having the patience for my Chromebook because it was lagging for some reason.

The egrinalin filled my insides. I standed on my bike, letting the cool wind blow in
my face. I started to go faster. My smile reached to the top of my face. That was
a smile of excitement I thought to myself. My body tingled as I sat back down on
the comfortable bike seat. I saw the wind from a little distance away. We arrived
to our destination the beach. As I put my stand up my body fills with satisfaction.
We huddled into a group. Mr. Barclay told us we were stranded on an island and
we had to build a protective shelter made of anything you can find but it can’t be
preexisting. My
smile gains up the sides of my cheeks.
He put us into groups of 3. Jemima and I were in the same group. Mr. Barclay
also told us the winners get a chocolate bar to share. We were the only team of 2.
I can manage that I thought inside my head. Jemima and I headed far away from
the other groups. We started to gather big sticks we placed them against to logs.
Both Jemima and I knew it was not going to work. We started to think of ideas.
Jemima noticed I ran off to get a long stick. I came back and placed it Facing upwards.
I said we could make a triangle shape ceiling. I ran to get another stick
I also placed it upwards which completed the triangle. Then Jemima came up
with the bright idea to have a sunroof and window. I gathered many sticks seeing
if it was long enough to make a roof. Most of them were. After we finished the
ceiling we gathered sea weed to put on top of it. I said it would protect from the
rain because it would go into the sea weed giving it moisture and we could eat it
because seaweed is edible. Mr. Barclay blew his whistle that meant voting time.
After we did all the voting Mr. Barclay told us who came who. Jemima and I came
second I was extremely proud of us for that.
We started biking back. As I sat down I could feel the comfort of the seat. I looked behind
me and Connor’s seat out of nowhere slammed down. He stopped to fix it.
I told Mr. Barclay what happened I looked back behind me and is seat was fixed.
That was extremely fast I thought. As we were arriving back to our campsite a group
of girls shouted “IT’S SPOOKY SEASON” We all ignore them as we biked into the
campsite drive through. “That was extremely fun,” I said.

What I did
Our assigned task was to make a successful collage on a tray. We had to put materials on our tray such as fabric. We stuck glue on our trays that were homemade which was made out of flour and water we also used PVA glue. We had to get our fabric from a table I chose the ones that I thought would look cool and stand out. Then we got to pick a colour for the bottom of tray I picked yellow because it is a vibrant colour and its is bright and it also stands out. When you have let it dry you should be able to use your tray for something useful in life. Also i'm posting this a bit late because I forgot about it. I hope you enjoyed my tray art and my blog post.

What We Did
We had to make a google drawing showing us Leading as a learner. I decided to make me saying excuse me to a year 1. This took me about 1 or 2 days. I'm proud of myself for making this. I know there is not that much but I still like it. What I found difficult was making my mouth I ended up just making a black mouth for me talking. The bee was the most enjoyable part for me because it was simple and relaxing. I hope you liked my google drawing.

What We Did
WE had to put images for each word. Also we had to go on explore because they are images that are not copyright. For of your choice you had to make a image of your chose. But it had to be digital. I chose a car.
I did not find anything that challenging but what I enjoyed was creating the car.

What We Did
We had to make a animation for our 2020 teacher. My idea was to make my brain discussing my interests my traits and all that. And in the end I ended up doing that idea. I was decently proud of myself for finishing this task in 3 days because I have 46 slides. What I found challenging was making the Panda and the Fox but in the end it was worth the time. What I enjoyed was creating everything in my slide because it is incredibly fun. I hope you enjoyed my animation.

What We Did

I chose Pandas because they are my favourite animal. And we had to make a image with the shape tools. I got the Panda image from my animation that I. What I found difficult was having the patience for getting my panda image from my animation to this drawings. It is because it wasn't working. What I enjoyed was making everything Panda themed because they are my one of my favourite animals

⛱ 𝕊𝕥𝕦𝕕𝕖𝕟𝕥 𝕃𝕖𝕒𝕕𝕖𝕣𝕤 ℂ𝕒𝕞𝕡 (𝕄𝕒𝕙𝕚𝕒) ⛱
What We Did
The student leaders went on camp for 2 days and 1 night. I am apart of this student leader group so went there to. While we were there we did a lot of fun activities. And we also learned while we were at camp. When we got there the first thing we did was set up the tents. This was one of the
many learning activities we did. Putting a tent up was learning for me because I had never putt a tent up. I enjoyed the process of putting the tents up. After that we got changed into our togs, had lunch and talk about as a group what could go wrong what could cause it to go wrong and how you could prevent it from happening. Then we went into our car group and we to one of the beaches. Then we unloaded the kayaks after that we got onto our canoes and went out into the water. After a hour or so we brought our kayaks back ton the shore and loaded them back up and so on and so fourth. When we arrived back at the camp sight we changed into our clothes. Then we discussed the ram form for biking I was apart of the group who worked on this. We biked to another beach but this one was much smaller. Mr. Barclay told us we were stranded on in island and we had to build a shelter. Then his put us into groups of three. I was with Jemima. Our group came second. Then we biked home. At 8:11 we played spotlight it was fun. The next we packed our stuff and left and went to mori hot pools. We did a cold challenge in the plunge pool. 2 girls lasted 18 minutes. The boys lasted like a minute or so. Also i'm the only one who got that minute the other boys ditched me. After a 2 hours or so we went back to school and waited for our parents to pick us up.
Something I think I could've done with this piece of writing would be to make it a little bit more interesting. Also it's not a recount if it were it would be the worst one I have done

You got to chose if you wanted to draw it on hand or use google drawing. I chose drawing on hand has you can see in my picture. Also i'm better than drawing on paper than I am on google drawings. There were questions to answer as well.

Guy Fawkes was a man who tried to blow up parliament with barrels of gunpowder. There were 13 people involved. 1 of the 13 people sent a letter to parliament because they couldn't keep a secret and they betrayed them. Why did they want to destroy parliament and harm people? If you know the answer to that please tell me the answer in the comments. Controversial means causing much discussion. Protestant means a member of one of the christian churches. Catholic means of or relating to the roman catholic church. We had to write that because you had to write 3 words you didn't know the meaning of and then you had to write what they meant after you found out. I picked the two words I didn't know the meaning of and picked 1 I already knew which was catholic.

The History of Kupe
Kupe was the first Polynesian to discover and visit
New Zealand and he was a great chief of hawaiki.
One day Kupe decided to go fishing and it was apparently
triggered by a great big octopus. There for Kupe
went on his canoe and followed the giant octopus.
He wanted to kill the beast. The octopus lead him to
Cook Straight in New Zealand and that is where he
ended it’s life.

🍊 My Canoe 🍊
What I did
In our voyaging slide it says to make your own canoe. In my canoe I wrote song lyrics or drew images that were in the music videos. I used oranges get turned into orange juice. Bellyache is a song title. And I used a symbol that is owned by a singer I like. And a music symbol hanging from the point of the canoe.
Other
This took me over a week or so I made other one but I was not happy with them. What I enjoyed was drawing my canoe. And I liked discovery what ideas I could put in my canoe drawing. What I found challenging was trying to find what to put on my canoe drawing.

💀 Near Death 💀
We started to walk to the deep dark river.
We arrived and there were some white fluffy
sheep staring at us. As my brother set up I
waited knowing that about 8 sheep were just
constantly looking at us. My brother found
a eel in the river he tried to catch it but
he failed. I jumped to on a rock but as soon
as I did I regretted it.
I jumped… My hands gripped to the long grass that
were hanging down. My feet and calves were in the
deep eel infested water. I cried I screamed. I could
feel the currant pushing against my calves and feet.
I knew as long as I did not let go I would be alright.
One of my brothers came running to help me. He grabbed
my arms and he pulled me up.
I sat down in total shock not even crying just thinking
about what could've happened. I just started to play with
the hard rough dirt. I slowly climbed up to the top of the
small hill. I looked at the river. Thankfully we started to
head back home.
Our classroom was writing about a time when you were scared.
What I enjoyed was making my writing interesting and descriptive.
What I found Challenging was thinking of what to write about.

Exciting Cross Country Race
Exciting Cross Country
Patiently we waited. Excitement down my chest. We were just sitting
there watching other people race. I couldn't wait until we raced.
It was the year 6 girls race. I started getting an enormous smile
on my face.
Finally it was our turn. We did some stretches I could feel it in my
thigh.
I was excited and anxious at the same time. The whistle went.
I ran at a good comfortable pace. The teachers started cheering us on.
I got more confident. Kids started giving me high fives i quickly became
happy with a huge smile on my face.
I was proud of myself because I had not stopped to walk yet. I felt something
cut my legs but I did not stop to look. I felt happy because I was on my 3rd
and final lap. I started to sprint to the finish line Mr Barclay and Mr House
gave me a high five. I happily finished the race.
I looked at my legs and I had 11 little cuts on one leg and 3 on the other.
I put some water on them and that made them even worse. My legs started
to sting a lot because of the water. My friend was still coming so I went to
cheer him on. “Go Luke!” I said. He gave me the thumbs up and looked at me
with a big smile on his face.
This week our classroom had to write about the cross country race or cross country practise because a lot of people were not here.
What I enjoyed was writing about this topic.
What I found challenging was making the writing interesting to read.
